After brushing your teeth with a soft toothbrush filled with baking soda for 2-3 minutes then wash and rinse thoroughly with water and brush again with your toothpaste. You can also Mix Baking soda with sea salt or with hydrogen peroxide or with lemon juice for better whitening results.
3—Coconut oil pulling to whiten teeth.
Use one spoon of coconut oil and swish it around your mouth (Like the way you use a mouth wash) for 5-15 minutes.
4—Apple Cider vinegar.
Swirl around your mouth like you are using mouthwash for 3-4 minutes then dip your toothbrush in apple cider vinegar and brush to help remove stains.
5- Orange or lemon or bananas peal.
